Axiom Financial needs a full-time underwriter in Sandy Corporate office. Must have FHA DE and at least 2 years experience in mortgage underwriting. Must be able to underwrite and maintain accurate and complete records and files, be available for loan scenarios and underwriting questions, and able to bring immediate resolution to any post-close issues. Loan Officer/Mortgage Consultant
If you are an experienced Loan Officer or professional with substantial business relationships allowing for strong networking and an immediate pipeline of business, you may be a candidate for this position.

Closer/Funder/Shipper
Axiom Financial is seeking a person to work full-time in our Closing/Funding/Shipping Department, Sandy Corporate office. Position involves preparing loan closing documents before closings, preparing wire request forms, organizing closings and fundings ensuring everything is funded on scheduled dates, communicating with title companies on closing and funding details, and reviewing closing packages after loans close for accuracy and completeness. Marketing Assistant
Part time – 20-25 hours per week. 2-3 years professional work experience with Sales/Marketing background.
Support loan officer’s marketing activities, including database management, social media updates, mailings, budget management, product ordering and delivery, order follow-up. Telephone support for assigned loan officers as well as light office reception duty. The right person will act with initiative, learn and shift gears quickly, be flexible, stay on task and be organized, stay cool under pressure, and deal well with diverse personalities. Experience in sales or service is helpful, as this person will be a friendly face and voice to various business partners.
This position supports loan officers at both our St. George and Cedar City locations. Must have a car, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and be willing to use personal vehicle to deliver small products to the agent’s local office.
