- W-2s from all employers for the last two years
- 2 years personal tax returns if self-employed
- Pay stubs from all employers covering the previous 30 days
- Bank account statements for the last two months
- Deposit for appraisal and credit report
Business Information
If you are a sole proprietor, partnership or corporation, we will need:
- Federal tax returns for the last two years
- Year-to-date profit and loss statement ¾ signed and dated, please
- Partnership K-1 for the last two years
- Partnership federal tax returns for the last two years
- Corporate federal tax return for the last two years
Miscellaneous Information
Other documents that may be required:
- Real Estate Purchase Contract - if an offer has been accepted
- Gift letter: donor's name, address, tel. number and relationship to borrower, gift amount
- Social Security or retirement income: award letter and current check stub
- Bankruptcy: signed petition and discharge papers
- Divorce: signed divorce decree
- Commission income: federal tax returns for the last two years
- Child support income: 12 months of cancelled checks
- Alimony income: 12 months of cancelled checks
- Investment property income: rental agreements, federal tax returns for last two years
- Co-signed account: 12 months of cancelled checks
